Some of the functionality in my training is not working, how do I resolve this?

The most compatible browsers with the trainings at this time are Google Chrome, and Firefox. Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari have also been tested and found to be highly compatible as well. Please verify that you are currently using one of these browsers and that it’s up to date. You can update your Google Chrome browser by typing “chrome://chrome” into your Chrome URL bar. These trainings are optimized for use on a computer. If you are attempting the training on your phone or tablet, the mobile version of the browser may be causing the issue as well.
