I am having trouble with my registration/discount code

If you receive an error message when trying to register using a discount/registration code, first check to see if it was type/pasted into the box correctly. The codes are case sensitive. Be sure to not include any extra spaces at the beginning or end of the registration code. If your code is entered exactly as it was provided to you and is still not working, submit a support request using the button at the top of this page. Some registration codes may be limited to a set number of uses or may only be valid through a certain date. If you receive an error indicating that your code has exceeded the maximum number of uses or has expired and you believe it should still be valid, submit a support request for assistance. Including the code you are attempting to use will expedite the this process.
