Why can't I move on to the next section in the course?

In most of our courses you must complete a section in order to proceed to the next section. A completed section is indicated in the course player with a blue check mark. If you see a small lock icon next to the name of the section, that means you still need to complete something within the prior section to continue. If the section you last worked on was a quiz or test, confirm that the score you received met or exceeded the minimum passing score. In most cases you will be unable to proceed without achieving a passing score.
